The intervention consists in the creation of a poly-functional tourist attraction:
recovery and expansion of the wine cellar
retrieval of the guardian's house
restoration and renovation of the wooden house to be used as a museum
restoring the kiosk and creating a metal frame with canvas casing
new construction of a complex bar-dance-restaurant combined with the interior of the fortress for cultural events
creating a tensile structure for the small fortress
recovery of the garden and new solutions for its aesthetics (inserting a water mirror with copper sculpture) and functionality
inserting a new home with pool.
